Claire Potter wears many hats. From running her Brighton based circular economy design and consultancy studio, to lecturing at the University of Sussex, volunteering with Surfers Against Sewage as a Regional Rep and running the now international behaviour change campaign Plastic Free Pledge she co-founded in 2017. Claire has been a marine plastic activist and researcher for over a decade and is also the circular economy specialist for the Global Ghost Gear Initiative – working across the world to tackle abandoned, lost or discarded fishing gear. Claire believes that great design can save the world.
