From lobbying the EU institutions on environmental matters, to the fracking front line, to earth acupuncture, Mala has been working for environmental balance from many angles. More recently she set up Refill Brighton, a campaign to reduce single use plastic water bottles, in conjunction with Brighton Peace and Environment Centre and is currently the Southeast Regional Coordinator for the Refill Campaign run by City to Sea. She has been working with the council to bring more drinking water fountains to Brighton.
